Guided Life Coaching
The foundation of all of the Find Your Happy Coaching programs is Acceptance, Forgiveness, Gratitude, and Love.
One-on-one coaching is conducted via phone call or Zoom and is tailored specifically to your needs. Sessions are 50-minutes in length. Depending on what we learn in the Discovery call, sessions will be weekly or two times a month. Six months of coaching is recommended to ensure that all of the information gained in those sessions is full integrated into your new way of living your life.

Single Session: $120
Package of 4 (four) Sessions: $425
Group coaching calls are offered several times a week with a different topic every week. Calls are an hour long and have a minimum of two and maximum of five participants. These calls take you through each of the four principles (Acceptance, Forgiveness, Gratitude, and Love) and explain in detail how to achieve each of these spiritually foundational concepts.
The weekly guided coaching calls allow for the participants to experience healing together in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. Knowing that you are not alone in your experiences and struggles encourages healing and more self-reflection as we work through the process of reclaiming our joy together.
YOU CANNOT MAKE ANY CHANGE IN YOUR LIFE UNTIL YOU HAVE COME TO TERMS WITH YOUR EXPERIENCES, PAST AND PRESENT. WE WILL FOCUS ON THIS ELEMENT BY LEARNING TO SURRENDER TO WHAT IS, LETTING GO OF OUR NEED TO CONTROL OUTCOMES, AND LETTING GO OF
FEAR, ANGER, AND GUILT.
FORGIVENESS IS KEY IN HEALING WOUNDS AND MOVING ON IN YOUR LIFE, FOCUSING ON THE PRESENT RATHER THAN THE PAST. WE WILL FOCUS ON THIS ELEMENT BY LEARNING TO ACCEPT,
UNDERSTAND, RELEASE, AND HEAL THE PAIN FROM OUR TRAUMAS.
LEARNING TO APPRECIATE THE GOOD THINGS IN LIFE IS KEY TO YOUR HAPPINESS. WE WILL FOCUS ON THIS ELEMENT BY PRACTICING MINDFULNESS, STAYING IN THE NOW, AND FINDING THE
LESSON IN ALL THAT IS GIVEN TO US – POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE.
HUMANS ARE CREATURES OF LOVE, WITHOUT ACCEPTING AND GIVING LOVE IN OUR LIFE, HAPPINESS IS ELUSIVE AT BEST. WE WILL FOCUS ON THIS ELEMENT BY FINDING ACCEPTANCE, FORGIVENESS, GRATITUDE, PEACE, FAITH, AND UN-ATTACHMENT.
